All things glass, across Central Texas
Marble Falls Glass has worked out of 304 Main Street since 1964. The name says Marble Falls. The work covers Central Texas, from Fredericksburg on one end of the range to Georgetown on the other.
Residential and commercial, all things glass. Shower enclosures and mirrors. Full home window replacement. Storefront and curtain wall. Glass railing. Wine rooms. Cabinet and shelf glass. If it is made of glass, it is what we do.
The Walker family started the shop in 1964. The third generation runs it now, out of the same building.

Residential
Glass that fits the house you actually have
Almost no bathroom is square. That is why a shower gets templated on site after the tile is set, never off the plans. The template becomes the spec, and the enclosure is built to it.
- Full home window replacement
- Shower enclosures, single door through frameless
- Mirrors, custom sizing, beveling, and antique
- Cabinet and shelf glass
- Wine rooms, framed or frameless
- Tabletops and specialty cuts
Commercial
Storefront and glazing that opens on schedule
We fabricate and install architectural metal and heavy glass for general contractors and building owners across Central Texas. Scope gets priced off the drawings, and the lead time we quote is the one we can hit.
- Storefront systems, curtain wall, and direct-set glazing
- Glass railing systems and interior partitions
- Butt-glazed systems
- Framed and frameless office glass
- Commercial replacement and repair
- Emergency board-up
Fleetwood windows and doors
Fleetwood only authorizes dealers who keep a showroom. That is why there are so few of us.
It is a real requirement, and it thins the field. Ours is at 304 Main Street.
Come put your hands on a door and move it on its track before you spec one into a set of plans. Big openings read differently in person than they do on a cut sheet.
Full home window replacement
Replace the windows, or sometimes just the glass
A fogged dual-pane window means the seal on the insulated glass unit failed. The frame is usually fine. Often that is a glass swap rather than a whole new window, and we will tell you which one you are looking at before we quote it.
For a full replacement we work in vinyl and energy-efficient units, monolithic and insulated. Lake-facing homes take more sun and more wind load than most builders account for, so the spec on the water side of the house is not the spec on the street side.
How it goes
What working with us looks like
- 01
Tell us about the opening
Call the shop or send the details. We want to know what the opening is, what the finish should be, and when you need it done.
- 02
We measure on site
Showers get templated after the tile is set. Almost no bathroom is square, so the template is the spec, not the plans.
- 03
You approve a written quote
Scope, glass type, hardware, finish, and lead time, in writing. Nothing new turns up on install day.
- 04
We fabricate and install
Tempered glass cannot be cut after it is tempered, so a custom enclosure runs two to three weeks from the day we template.
Since 1964
Same family. Same address.
The Walker family opened the shop in 1964. The original truck was lettered 304 MAIN. Six decades on, that is still the address, and it is still the same family, now in its third generation.

This was a small job and other companies I talked with would not come out or would charge a large fee just to look at the problem. Very pleased with the people and the service.

Questions
Questions we get asked
How far do you travel? The name says Marble Falls.
Fredericksburg to Georgetown, and most of the Hill Country in between. Marble Falls is where the shop is, not the limit of where we work. If you are near the edge of that range, call and ask.
How long does a custom shower enclosure take?
Two to three weeks from the day we template. Tempered glass cannot be cut after it is tempered, so every piece is fabricated to your measurements rather than pulled off a shelf.
My window is foggy. Do I need a whole new window?
Usually not. A fogged dual-pane window means the seal on the insulated glass unit failed. The frame is normally fine, so it is often a glass replacement rather than a full window. We will tell you which one you are looking at before we quote it.
Do you do commercial work, or just houses?
Both. Storefront systems, curtain wall, direct-set glazing, glass railing, interior partitions, and commercial replacement and repair, alongside all of the residential work.
Why is Fleetwood so hard to find around here?
Fleetwood requires its authorized dealers to keep a physical showroom. That requirement thins the field, and it is why there are few dealers in Central Texas. Ours is at 304 Main Street.
Does the well water out here hurt shower glass?
Untreated glass will etch over time from Hill Country well water. Ask about a protective coating when we come out to template, and we will walk you through what it does and what it does not do.
